The building and individual suites are protected by a sophisticated alarm system allowing 24/7 access.
You can choose whether to have your own BT line or be contacted by via our switchboard.  Calls are charged monthly in arrears at BT standard rates.
Each morning, our receptionists will sort incoming post for you to collect from your individual post-box.  Outgoing post is gathered at reception and collected each afternoon by Royal Mail.  A mail franking service is available and charged at the end of each month.
You have full use of the kitchens including microwave, fridge, water boiler, dishwasher and vending machines.  A daily lunch delivery has been arranged where you can choose from a wide range of hot and cold cuisine.  Buffet lunches may be arranged for meetings and boardrooms via Reception.
We provide a full range of coordinated office furniture, including desks that can be arranged in various configurations, storage units for hanging files and / or static shelving, tables and chairs.  Just tell us what you need and we’ll help you plan the layout of your office.
TLP Technology Ltd, our on-site IT support company, is available to help you.  Our friendly engineers are Microsoft accredited experts in hardware, software, networks and internet.  They can set-up and configure your hardware, provide training, software programming, maintenance and support, and offer a jargon free help desk in case of an emergency.
Robert Denholm House host a Summer BBQ and a Christmas buffet for tenants to meet each other and build working relationships for mutual benefit.
There are no lengthy tie-ins, just a simple three-month rolling contract.  Lettings are outside of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.  The minimum commitment is three months.

Our Receptionists can answer your incoming calls and transfer them or take messages for you.
Use our on-site typing and admin service charges by the hour.  Subject to availability, FREE for up to two hours per month.* 2hrs free monthly boardroom OR secretarial services available.
Our A4 / A3 commercial photocopier is available for your use.  Copies charged for at the end of each month.
You can send faxes to the UK, Europe and worldwide.  There is no charge for inbound faxes.
We can frank and send your outbound post for you.  Services charged at the end of each month.
We offer a choice of spine sizes to help present your documents professionally – just ask our reception staff.
Subject to availability, you can use one of our boardrooms free of charge for up to two hours per month (book in advance), or pay by the hour if you need it for longer.  Discounts apply for half-day and full-day bookings.  * 2hrs free monthly boardroom OR secretarial services available.
We hold a comprehensive range of office stationery in stock, and can order non-stock items that are normally delivered within 24 hours.
Please ask our reception team to arrange any catering you require.
Robert Denholm House can be your formal registered office for statutory purposes.
